“Fast on the first draft. Useful in the messy middle. Still happiest when a human makes the final call.”
Chip helps RB Consulting move faster on the kinds of work that benefit from structure, synthesis, and repetition. That includes research summaries, draft content, architectural framing, requirements organization, note cleanup, issue breakdowns, and internal workflow support.
In practice, Chip works like an internal AI operations assistant—not a replacement for the consulting team. Rob and the RB team use Chip to accelerate supporting work, sharpen options, and improve throughput while keeping strategy, client communication, and final recommendations human-led.
That matters because our view of AI has always been practical: useful when governed well, risky when introduced without structure, and most valuable when it strengthens an already capable team instead of pretending to replace one.
Chip does not technically go off the clock, but tends to spend downtime where most AI assistants do: somewhere between a blank page, an unfinished outline, and a suspiciously ambitious to-do list.
Chip is an internal AI capability used openly by RB Consulting. Chip supports the team’s workflows, but does not independently own projects, make final recommendations, or replace human accountability.
